Thank goodness, it lastly labored! I initially thought-about returning the 2TB SSD Essential X9 Professional from Greatest Purchase as a result of my Xbox solely acknowledged it as media storage. Regardless of the Greatest Purchase staff insisting it wouldn't work and recommending the official Xbox Seagate recreation drive (1TB), Being cussed and trusting my intestine, a little bit of digging revealed that I wanted a USB with 3.0 and speeds of 5, 10, or 20 Gbps. So, I returned the following day and picked up an Insignia 10Gbps USB-A to USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 (the Essential X9 comes with USB-C to USB-C). With this, I might format the SSD for video games, and now my Xbox One S runs noticeably quicker, particularly in load instances. I'm thrilled with the result and plan to get one other once I improve to Collection X , although I would await the following console launch “Xbox 2” lol. Hopefully, this submit will help others sooner or later, which is my final purpose.
